Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Bardic Labs handles personal data submitted through our website and during early business discussions.

What We Collect

When you contact us, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, company, email address, telephone number, preferred contact method, and message. We also record the page used to submit the enquiry, your consent time, and a privacy-preserving request fingerprint for abuse prevention.

Please do not include passwords, financial account details, identity numbers, medical information, or other sensitive information in a general enquiry.

Why We Use It

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, assess whether Bardic Labs can help, prepare requested recommendations, maintain business records, prevent abuse, and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

Who Processes It

We use carefully selected service providers for website hosting, database storage, security, automation, artificial intelligence, and business communications. They process information only as needed to provide those services or where required by law. Some providers may process data outside Singapore, subject to appropriate safeguards.

How Long We Keep It

Unqualified enquiries are ordinarily retained for no longer than twelve months from submission. If an enquiry becomes an active client or commercial relationship, relevant records may be retained for longer where reasonably required for service delivery, accounting, dispute resolution, or legal obligations. Security counters expire after their short operating window and may be routinely removed.

Your Choices

You may ask to access or correct your personal data, withdraw consent to future contact, or request deletion where retention is no longer required. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

How We Protect It

Bardic Labs uses access controls, encrypted connections, restricted administrator access, request throttling, and service-side credentials to reduce the risk of unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or loss. No online system is completely risk-free, but we review and improve these safeguards as the service evolves.

Contact Us

For privacy questions, requests, or complaints, contact Bardic Labs at hello@bardiclabs.sg. We will review the request and respond as soon as reasonably practicable.
